All my orders are posted via Royal Mail and postage cost is calculated by weight
UK orders are shipped via 2nd or 1st Class Standard for stitch stopper only orders

RETURNS
Returns are accepted in accordance with online distance selling regulations.
If you wish to return a product please contact me within 14 days of receipt. All returned products must be returned in the same condition they were received in, new and unused, in their original packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product was faulty. Refunds/exchanges will only be issued following receipt and inspection of the return.
In the unlikely event that your product is received faulty please get in touch. Faulty products will still need to be returned for inspection and in this instance, shipping costs will be refunded.
